Managing tenants

Veastro Cloud offers a dedicated web interface that allows you to easily create, remove, and manage your Veeam Cloud Connect tenants. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, this intuitive platform empowers you to oversee all aspects of tenant management from a single, user-friendly dashboard. Whether you're onboarding new clients, adjusting storage quotas, or monitoring tenant activity, our web interface provides you with the tools to manage your cloud resources effortlessly, without needing to navigate complex systems or rely on external support. This ensures that you have full control over your Veeam Cloud Connect environment.

Before being able to create and manage tenants, a valid payment method must be added.

From the web interface you can perform the following tasks:

  • Create tenants
  • Delete tenants
  • Reset tenant passwords
  • Edit tenant repository names
  • Edit tenant repository quota

Whitelisting IP addresses

To ensure the highest level of security, Veastro Cloud requires that external IP addresses be whitelisted before they can access the Veeam Cloud Connect service. This whitelisting process allows only trusted IP addresses to connect to your cloud resources, protecting your data from unauthorized access. By restricting access to pre-approved IP addresses, we provide an additional layer of defense against potential security threats, ensuring that your backup and disaster recovery operations are safe and secure. This controlled access policy helps maintain the integrity of your cloud environment, giving you peace of mind that your data is only accessible by authorized users.

Whitelisting IP addresses can be done via the web interface and has been made as easy and straight forward as possible.
